Antalya bölgesinde çalışacak, şirket stratejileri doğrultusunda sorumlu olduğu markaların tanıtım faaliyetlerini gerçekleştirecek takım arkadaşı aramaktayız!
Sorumluluklar
- Belirlenmiş aylık ve yıllık satış/ karlılık/ büyüme hedeflerini gerçekleştirmek için tanımlı bir plan çerçevesinde düzenli olarak sağlık mesleği mensuplarını ziyaret ederek, pazarlama ve tıbbi stratejiler doğrultusunda tanıtım yapmak, iletişimi yapılandırmak ve güçlendirmek.
- Rakip faaliyetlerini takip etmek, raporlamak ve pazar payı hedefini gerçekleştirmek
- Tanıtımından sorumlu olduğu ürünlerle ilgili en doğru ve güncel medikal bilgiye sahip olmak ve bu bilgiyi müşteri ihtiyacına yönelik etkin, etik ve yasal mevzuata uygun bir şekilde kullanmak; ürünlerle ilgili her türlü Advers İlaç Etkisi ve teknik şikayeti takip etmek.
- Bölgesindeki eczanelerde stok ve çıkış takibi yapılmasını sağlamak, verileri düzenli kontrol ederek oluşabilecek fırsatlar ve riskler hakkında bölge müdürünü bilgilendirmek.
- Sorumluluk alanındaki riskleri değerlendirmek ve bu hususta yöneticisini zamanında bilgilendirmek.
- Masraf bütçesinin etkin kullanımını sağlamak, temsil harcamalarını kontrol etmek ve onay sonrası Bölge Müdürüne göndermek.
- Sağlık mesleği mensuplarından doldurtulan Advers İlaç Reaksiyon Formunu Farmakovijilans birimine 24 saat içerisinde yollamak.
- Günlük faaliyet raporlarını doğru ve düzenli olarak hazırlamak, tüm masrafların raporlanması ve diğer süreçlerde düzenli ve titiz olmak (Elektronik bölge yönetim sistemini tanımlandığı şekilde uygulamak).
Beceri & Yetkinlikler
- En az 4 yıllık Lisans mezuniyeti
- İlaç sektöründe en az 2 deneyim
- Ehliyet (Aktif araç kullanan)
- MS Office programlarına hakimiyet
- Ürün Tanıtım Elemanı Sertifikası (ÜTE)
- MS Ofis Programları, IMS programları
- Sektör bilgisi
- Satış ve pazarlama bilgisi
- Yazılı ve sözlü iletişim becerisi
- Ürün bilgisi
Çalışma Şartları
- Haftada 40 saati (haftada 5 gün/ günde 8 saat) içeren, ekip yönetimi gerektirmeyen, tam zamanlı bir pozisyondur.
- Seyahat gerektirmektedir.
