Satış ekibimize katılmak üzere motivasyonu yüksek, hedef odaklı ürün tanıtım uzmanı arıyoruz. Bu rol belirlenen iş stratejisi ve şirket değerleri doğrultusunda sorumlu bulunan bölge ve ürünler için tanıtım, satış, karlılık ve büyüme hedeflerini gerçekleştirmeyi hedeflemektedir.
İş Hakkında:
Sorumluluk alanları:
- Sorumluluk alanındaki riskleri değerlendirmek, yönetmek ve yönetime zamanında güncellemeler sağlamak.
- Sorumlusu olunan ürünlerin faydalarını vurgulayarak ürün portföyümüzü sağlık profesyonellerine tanıtmak.
- Satış, karlılık, büyüme ve uygulamalarla ile ilgili KPI'lara ulaşmak.
- Aylık ve yıllık satış hedeflerine ulaşmak için belirlenen plan doğrultusunda sağlık profesyonellerine düzenli ziyaretler gerçekleştirmek.
- Sağlık uzmanlarına yönelik iletişim stratejileri geliştirmek ve uygulamak.
- Rakip faaliyetlerini izlemek, önemli bulguları rapor etmek ve pazar payı hedeflerine ulaşmaya çalışmak.
- Görevlendirildiği eczanelerdeki gıda takviyesi ürünlerinin ticari pazarlama faaliyetlerini yürütmek.
- Sağlık profesyonelleriyle toplantılar düzenlemek ve ürün verilerini Elektronik Bölge Yönetim Sistemimize (ETMS) aktarmak.
- Tanıtımı yapılacak ürünlerle ilgili doğru ve güncel tıbbi bilgilere hakim olmak.
- Gider bütçesinin etkin kullanımını sağlamak ve temsil giderlerini kontrol etmek.
- Günlük faaliyet raporlarını doğru ve düzenli hazırlamak, tüm harcamaları raporlamak ve diğer süreçlerdeki düzenlilik ve titizliği sağlamak.
Sosyal beceriler:
- Satış becerileri ve hedef odaklı yaklaşım.
- Müşteri memnuniyeti sağlamak için ilişki kurma becerisi.
- Analitik bakış ve stratejik düşünme yeteneği.
- Tanıtımından sorumlu olduğu ürünlerle ilgili en doğru ve güncel medikal bilgiyi müşteri ihtiyaclarına göre yazılı ve sözlü sunma becerisi.
Teknik beceriler:
- Tercihen üniversite mezunu olan,
- Tercihen İlaç sektöründe 2-7 yıl deneyime sahip,
- Aktif araç kullanabilen,
- MS Ofis Programlarına IMS programlarına hakim,
- Ürün ve Sektör bilgisi,
- Satış ve pazarlama bilgisi,
- Üte Belgesi,
ve temel finans bilgisine sahip olan takım arkadaşları arıyoruz.
