ПОСАДОВІ ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ:
- Досягати встановлених бізнес-цілей у визначеному регіоні/території зокрема:
- щомісячних, щоквартальних та щорічних цільових показників продажу певних видів препаратів;
- збільшення обсягів реалізації визначених видів препаратів за встановлений період; позитивної динаміки ринкової частки визначених брендів по відповідних ринкових категоріях;
- Досягати встановлених цільових показників діяльності у визначеному регіоні, а саме:
- цільового покриття;
- щоденної середньої частоти візитів на день та загальної кількості візитів;
- частоти покриття цільової аудиторії;
- регулярне планування і виконання маршруту;
- повної відповідності всіх медичних візитів моделі продажу та посібнику з циклової промоційної кампанії;
- Організовувати та проводити різні промоційні заходи серед цільової аудиторії (лікарів та провізорів/фармацевтів) згідно з планом, затвердженим для відповідного промоційного циклу;
- Налагоджувати та розвивати співпрацю з ключовими провідними спеціалістами, що працюють у визначеному регіоні, відповідно до плану дій, узгодженого і затвердженого керівником зовнішньої служби;
- Організовувати та проводити різноманітних заходів щодо просування визначених брендів у визначених місцях контактування клієнта з інформацією згідно з планом, затвердженим для відповідного циклу просування;
- Звітувати на щоденній основі про всі види діяльності та спілкування із зовнішніми клієнтами в наявній корпоративній електронній системі управління взаємовідносинами з клієнтами;
- Обов'язково інформувати свого безпосереднього керівника, у разі зміни раніше складеного плану роботи (щоденного, тижневого, місячного) на визначеній території та про причини зміни плану.
- На регулярній основі робити переоцінку комерційного потенціалу цільової аудиторії (лікарів) в межах певного регіону та вносити пропозиції стосовно корегування цільової аудиторії та подальшої реалізації;
- Постійно вдосконалювати методів роботи, знання продукції та навички промоції шляхом виконання дій, узгоджених в рамках інструктажу, що проводиться керівником, приймати участь в національних торгових конференціях, регіональних зборах та призначених тренінгах;
- Активно сприяти розробці та подальшому виконанні індивідуального плану розвитку, узгодженого з керівником під час коучинг-сесій;
- Приймати активну участь в процесі розробки і подальшому виконанні плану особистого розвитку, узгодженого з керівником;
- Забезпечити належне використання і збереження всіх цінних речей і конфіденційної інформації, наданих компанією: автомобіля, ноутбуку, мобільного телефону, програмного забезпечення, документів в електронному і роздрукованому вигляді тощо;
- Забезпечити повну відповідність всієї діяльності чинному законодавству України (кримінальному, адміністративному, трудовому), Кодексу етики Санофі та будь-якій іншій політиці та/або інструкціям, що вводяться в дію керівництвом компанії (наприклад, політиці безпеки інформаційних систем, інструкціям щодо безпечного керування транспортними засобами, розпорядженням щодо стандартів ділового одягу тощо);
- Уважно ставитися до будь-яких зовнішніх претензій, що виникають в межах визначеної території і стосуються будь-яких побічних явищ від використання продукції під торговими марками Санофі, та забезпечувати своєчасне повідомлення про такі претензії у відповідності до Політики з фармаконагляду.
- Дотримуватися правил внутрішнього трудового розпорядку компанії.
ВИМОГИ до КВАЛІФІКАЦІЇ:
- Вища освіта – освіта за медичним чи фармацевтичним напрямом є бажаною, але необов’язковою;
- Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді протягом принаймні 1 року є бажаним, але необов’язковим;
- Навички роботи з комп’ютером, що дозволяють ефективно працювати та користуватися основними офісними програмами: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook та Internet Explorer.
- Дійсне посвідчення водія та досвід керування автомобілем;
- Добрі комунікаційні та презентаційні навички, а також навички управління часом;
- Готовність до роз'їзного характеру роботи.
