En 2022, ce sont près de 250 millions de boites qui ont été fabriquées sur le site de Lisieux, le définissant comme notre centre d'excellence pour le développement technologique.
En tant qu'alternant en amélioration continue, vousallez rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et son service afin d’assurer l’amélioration et la performance de notre site.
Principalesresponsabilités
Accompagner les différents services dans la mise en place et le suivi des outils de performance (y compris formation du personnel)
Participer et/ou lead des chantiers d’amélioration et de résolutions de problèmes (gestion de problème (GPS), SMED, 5S…)
Déployer les outils et méthodologies de transformation et de performance
Pilotage et analyse des données:
Effectuer des observations sur le terrain
Mesurer la performance, à partir des données disponibles dans les différents outils (SAP, eOEE…)
Formaliser les données pour faciliter la compréhension et l’analyse
Renseigner les différents tableaux de bord
Analyser les écarts aux standards et leurs impacts
À propos de vous:
En préparation d'un Bac +3 à Bac +5 ,vous êtes à la recherche d'une alternance de 24 mois.
Vous êtes acteur du changement et porteur du challenge, bon relationnel ainsi qu’un sens du service et savoir coopérer en équipe.
Vous savez utiliser les fonctions bureautiques classiques, les systèmes d’informations et d'analyse de données.
Vous possédez une bonne maîtrise de l'Anglais
