Job title:LEDP Data Continuity Analsyt

Location: Lyon ou Gentilly, France

Type:Permanent,Full-time,Hybrid

About the job

The LEDP Data Continuity Expert is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end data continuity across the LEDP ecosystem. The position is focused on designing and enabling seamless integration between LEDP and the company’s core enterprise systems, including ERP, MES, MDM, and Technology Transfer solutions, to ensure reliable, consistent, and compliant data flows.

By capturing, analyzing, and aligning business needs related to data ownership, semantics, and lifecycle, the role translates operational requirements into clear and sustainable functional solutions. The LEDP Data Continuity Expert ensures that data moves smoothly across systems, reflects the reality of industrial processes

LEDP is critical to build the data continuity between the CMC and Launch units, it will enable paperless tech transfers and will serve as a foundation for other digital tools such as Launch readiness Control tower, One click TT, One click Dossier, Integrated Collaborative Scheduling and others.

It is a functional role requiring business acumen and proven experience in system and data integration. The role works in close partnership with Business Process Owners and SMEs, Product Owners, the LEDP Technical Team, and Software Providers to ensure that data continuity, single source of truth principles, and GxP data integrity are embedded by design across all LEDP integrations.

Main responsibilities

Functional expert for LEDP to main Applications Integration:

  • Bridge Design: Lead the functional design of the interfaces between LEDP and main systems (specifically ERP, MES, MDM, Tech Transfer (Beam) …).
  • Orchestration: Define when and how data is pushed or pulled between systems (e.g., triggering a Bill of Material transfer once a Technical Transfer is approved).
  • Process Mapping: Map the end-to-end "Technical Transfer" process to ensure the digital flow matches the physical reality of our industrial sites.

Data Semantic & Consistency Stewardship

  • Functional Alignment: Ensure that data fields in the LEDP are functionally compatible with fields in ERP.
  • Single Source of Truth (SSOT): Enforce the rule of which system "owns" the data at each stage of the lifecycle. You ensure that no one manually overrides data in other systems that should be mastered in LEDP.

Functional & Project Leadership

  • Act as the expert for all "connection" projects. You translate the needs of the Business into functional specifications for the Technical/Digital teams.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify "broken links" in the current data flow where manual work is still required and propose functional solutions to automate those gaps.
  • UAT Oversight: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a functional perspective to ensure that the data arriving in the "Main Activity" systems is fit-for-purpose.

4. GxP Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Regulatory Alignment : Ensure all data continuity flows comply with Sanofi’s Quality standards and global Health Authority requirements.
