Le service conditionnement est composé d'environ 70 personnes réparties sur 6 lignes de conditionnement et 3 équipes fonctionnant en 3 x 8. Vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable conditionnement seringues injectables et serez amené(e) à encadrer une équipe.
En tant que Responsable d’équipe de production au sein de notre service conditionnement votre rôle sera de d’encadrer le travail d’une équipe de 15 collaborateurs.
Principales responsabilités:
- Organiser et réaliser la production sur un plateau de conditionnement en animant une équipe de conducteurs d'équipement dans le respect des règles Qualité, HSE, des coûts et des délais
- Planifier les ressources matérielles, techniques et humaines afin d’optimiser le fonctionnement de la ligne de conditionnement
- Evaluer, développer et reconnaître les compétences individuelles de l’équipe
- Conduire les investigations liées aux anomalies et aux réclamations et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives en collaboration avec le Support Qualité
- Proposer et mettre en place les actions d’amélioration continue en collaboration avec le Support Qualité et le Gestionnaire de Production
- Rédiger des documents techniques et analyser des données de productivité
- Participer à des projets techniques selon les besoins et l’expertise
À propos de vous
- Expérience professionnelle en industrie pharmaceutique et en management d'équipe
- Pharmacien inscrit à l'ordre
- Connaissances réglementaires et technologiques (BPF, cGMP, ISO 1400)
- Connaissance des procédés packaging
- Maîtrise des processus qualité dans la production et Culture Qualité (rigueur dans l'exécution et le respect des règles)
- Leadership, esprit d'équipe
- Force de proposition, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Français et Anglais (B2)
