Au sein de l’Unité Vrac, le secteur V11 est dédié à la fabrication du vaccin Vrac Pertussis 2Cp (Antigènes Vaccin Coqueluche), et aux services généraux pour assurer ces productions.
Vous intégrerez l’équipe fermentation fonctionnant en rythme continu (5x8) au sein du secteur V11.
Votre travail, en tant que Technicien.ne production au sein de notre secteur Vrac sera de mettre en œuvre un ensemble de techniques en contrôlant les éléments de production, afin de produire des vaccins et produits biologiques répondant aux conditions de quantité, qualité, coûts et délais.
Activités principales :
- Réceptionner et contrôler les matières premières
- Préparer l'installation selon les procédures
- Fabriquer des produits en appliquant les techniques appropriées
- Effectuer les prélèvements environnementaux
- Entretenir les équipements
- Assurer la traçabilité des opérations
- Participer aux enquêtes qualité
À propos de vous
Expérience :
- Première expérience dans la production pharmaceutique
- Diplôme de niveau Bac +2 en biologie ou biochimie
Compétences clés techniques :
- Connaissance des procédés et équipements
- Maîtrise des référentiels qualités (GMP, BPF)
Compétences humaines et relationnelles :
- Organisation et rigueur
- Polyvalence et adaptabilité
- Esprit d’équipe
