As IBP Business Partner within our planning team, you’llhelp find new, innovative ways to Coordinate with Distributor & Commercial team on supply with Risk & Ops to facilitate patients & deliver financial commitment.

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IBP Business Partner to join our team. As the IBP BP, you will be responsible for Supply Chain planning to perform efficient Supply Chain management in line with Sanofi global strategies; via robust IBP process, efficient & customer centric Customer Service and Distribution units, to meet SC performance objectives. Coordinate with Distributor & Commercial team on supply with Risk & Ops to facilitate patients & deliver financial commitment.

Ensure timely Supply of products with optimum cost and at Sanofi quality standards. Lead process improvements through the S&OP process resulting in improved customer service levels and effective utilization of company resources.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field./ Master’s degree from Business
  • 5 years of experience or more
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities, and experience in problem-solving
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Financial and commercial awareness, with strong leadership and strategic thinking capability. Strong analytical skills and an excellent aptitude for developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Planning, prioritizing, persevering and delivering improvements to achieve objectives within timescales.
  • Ability to explore innovative and creative means of delivering improved service outcomes through effective resource utilization, whilst minimizing risk and maintaining a focus on delivering business as usual.

Principal mission :

IBP Business Partner will mainly have to manage on the following processes.

Portfolio Management

Actively participate in launch and pruning product and ensure excellence in the execution of Supply Chain tasks in coordination with other stakeholders.

Lead the Product management review, and Ensure regular monitoring with the Regulatory Department and Supply Chain Quality to ensure regulatory compliance/quality of marketed products and update appropriate systems

Demand Management:

Manages and coordinates the monthly process of sales forecasting (long term / medium term / short term): sales analysis, forecast meeting etc.

Ensure monthly monitoring of forecast KPIs and define improvement plans with stakeholders while monitoring their execution.

Propose and participate in any initiative to make the sales forecasting process more efficient.

Supply Review:

Logistics:

Referred interlocutor with the Business for all operational topics related to the Supply Chain

Steers in the Supply Chain Affiliate strategy and roadmap of the Business to meet the challenges of the Business Units. Organizes and monitors their implementation.

Driving force vis-à-vis the Business in optimizing operations and logistics processes and drives their implementations.

Analyzes and meets the needs of the Business by ensuring coherence between customer service levels, industrial and economic impact.

Represents the interface between the Business Unit and Supply Chain department, Monitors Supply Chain performance and ensures communication with the Business Participates in the various committees of the Business and represents the Business Partner CHC Supply Chain.

Guarantor of excellence in Demand Management - Is the leader of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process between the Business and Industrial Affairs

Defines and optimizes the stock policy of the product portfolio and ensures its correct application to avoid any shortage or destructions.

Monitors the correct supply of products from the different Supply Planning Hub and alerts in case of a major risk.

Coordinates product events with his team and relevant partners: Product launch, repackaging, rupture management, batch recall, regulatory changes, discontinuation of marketing etc.

Manages with his team the process of provisions and destruction of stock.

Contributes to the reduction of provisions and stock destruction by working with the business unit to implement disposal action plans.

Identify risks and opportunities from Commercial, Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, among others, measure impact on business, propose mitigation action plans & solutions.

Provides product flow development to optimize time to market and product availability to customers.

Ensure coordination of logistics activities between different business functions, within our affiliate and with the Zone Supply Chain, the plants, and the Distribution Centers to ensure products availability for sales, in accordance with the forecasted sales requirements and the agreed launch plans thus allowing the achievement of the approved company budget.

Customer Care:

Promote customer-oriented culture either internal or external. Support in reconstructing the internal sales process to set a new corporate standard that leads to more effective communication (internal and external) and hence higher customer satisfaction.

Maintains customer services as a sales generating function considering overall company.

Maintaining excellent business relationship between company and distributors and key accounts through managing day to day issues and complaints.

Define and implement commercial / trade schemes with Business Units.

Negotiate Distributor’s contracts and incentive schemes.

Offer unique customer interface to maximize satisfaction through the appropriate supervision and maintenance of the following process:

  • Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements for the company in all related working procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

IndividualResponsibilities:

  • All levels of management demonstrate their visible commitment to HSE and have a particular responsibility to set an example.
  • They demonstrate a strong and proactive culture oriented towards the promotion of positive behaviors at all levels of the organization (animation of HSE programs and tools: such as HSE8, weak signals, Zero Access, etc.).
  • Managers are responsible for the completion of the HSE accreditation curriculum for employees, ensure that risks are properly assessed and controlled, and initiate and participate in accident investigations in their area of responsibility.

Common Responsibilities :

  • Respect the rules that save Sanofi LSR's life and the HSE requirements related to its activities.
  • Each employee is empowered to identify, correct and report unsafe conditions, risky behaviors or potentially dangerous situations in a timely manner.
  • Wear the safety clothing, shoes and PPE provided.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the PPE provided and ensure their conservation according to the instructions in force.
  • Report weak signals and any risk situation via the HSE8 element at the meeting +QDCI.
  • Participate in HSE risk analyses at the workstation.
