Sobre la posicion
Principales Actividades:
Impulsar el modelo de Ventas y la orquestación de los diferentes canales para generar un mayor enganche con sus principales especialidades médicas visitadas
Soporte de clientes clave con el objetivo de aumentar el uso de los productos de Genmed
Gestionar las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes y ajustarlas con los mensajes de la empresa para crear una experiencia individualizada con ellos.
- Lograr el convencimiento en los médicos visitados de que nuestros productos son la mejor alternativa para su prescripción, a través de un manejo profesional de las evidencias científicas y beneficios de los productos.
- Realizar la cobertura y frecuencia de visita médica que corresponda al número de días trabajados por cada ciclo desarrollando y actualizando un plan de trabajo lógico y productivo por la duración de cada ciclo.
- Mantener actualizado su directorio médico y el censo de hospitales con base en los lineamientos corporativos de targeting así como la información que se requiere en el procedimiento de actualización establecido por SFE.
- Promover los productos de la empresa a través de la visita a farmacia, informando de las características de los mismos y asegurando su existencia en el punto de venta.
- Analizar mensualmente las auditorías a su disposición con el objeto de implementar las acciones a seguir para incrementar la productividad o en su defecto corregir las desviaciones.
- Dominar el conocimiento técnico de los productos y áreas terapéuticas de su responsabilidad.
Sobre Ti
- Experience: Representante de ventas, deseable linea de diabetes y cardio
- Soft skills: Servicio al cliente, negociacion, organizacion.
- Technical skills: Tecnicas de venta, deseable conocimiento sobre anatomia fisiologica, productos, patologisa relacionadas a la linea de negocio.
- Education: Licenciatura, deseable en nutricion, ciencias quimcas, biologicas o medicas.
- Languages: Ingles deseable
