You will be involved in the following activities:

• Observe and learn from experienced marketing specialists and a large marketing team

• Help with daily administrative tasks within the marketing department (e.g purchase orders, events invitation letters, materials requests..)

• SHIFT system use for the movements of marketing materials

• Involvement in frequent cross functional activities and updates

• Support the team with the elaboration of Excel files and Power Point presentations

• Gain insights on the very diversified activities that a marketing team faces day by day

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields

• Good English (minimum level: B2)

• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a strong motivation to learn the Sales & Marketing Specialist role.
