En tant que Chargé de Projets Ventes Pharmacie et Visite Médicale au sein de notre Direction Nationale des Ventes de Sanofi Santé Grand Public, vous apporterez votre support au suivi de la nouvelle organisation commerciale hybride et Visite Médicale, dans un objectif de satisfaction clients et de performance. Vous serez également amené à gérer différents projets en transverse en lien avec les fonctions supports et les équipes de vente, ainsi qu'à proposer de nouvelles méthodes d’analyse en vue d’améliorer l’efficacité de nos leviers commerciaux.

Principales responsabilités
Réaliser les analyses de performance par canal de distribution, par marque et par région
Contribuer à la création et à la présentation pour les revues commerciales. KPI’s de performance et d’excellence opérationnelle via des outils d'appropriation et des formations
Contribuer à l’élaboration des plans d’actions transverses visant à l’optimisation de la rentabilité de notre portefeuille
Être le lien opérationnel avec les directeurs régionaux de vente et les superviseures Konecta
Interagir avec les différentes équipes Santé Grand Public
Contribuer au suivi et à la gestion des projets commerciaux stratégiques
À propos de vous
Master 1/2 type Ecole de Commerce ou Université en Commerce
Première expérience dans le domaine du Commerce, de préférence du Commerce Scientifique
Rigueur et organisation
Appétence pour les analyses chiffrées
Bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse
Esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler en transverse
Français et Anglais courant
