In qualità di Facility Management Associate all'interno del nostro team HSE & Facility Management, contribuirai a controllare gli accessi in azienda degli esterni controllo preventivo Durc. Unilav, modulistica varia, tra altre responsabilità.
Alcune delle attività che il candidato dovrà seguire:
- Incontra i fornitori del suo settore;
- Può partecipare agli audit dei fornitori;
- Negoziazione/Gestione gare d’appalto;
- Analizza le offerte in riferimento alle specifiche;
- Negozia le condizioni delle offerte;
- Partecipa alla decisione finale;
- Gestione impegni contrattuali/controversie;
- Redige ordini e contratti;
- Invia i documenti contrattuali ai fornitori e segue le conferme di ricezione;
- Individua e segnala eventuali inadempienze che possono dar luogo a controversie.
- Applica e rispetta la politica HSE;
- Verifica che i fornitori rispettino le norme HSE;
- Applica le procedure operative del servizio e le buone pratiche d’acquisto;
- Interagisce con tutti i Reparti e le Funzioni richiedenti;
- Diffonde internamente documenti contrattuali;
- Reporting/ Indicatori;
- Effettua il reporting per il consolidamento dei dati;
- Aggiorna gli indicatori per la sua area di competenza.

- Titolo di studio: Business, Accountancy, Analytics, Communication. business operations, finance; Master in gestione delle strutture, Master in Ingegneria Edile ed Efficienza Energetica, Master in gestione dei servizi.
