职责描述：
- 市场规划：洞察市场数据，通过内外部市场数据的汇总分析，得出市场增长点，同时通过合理分配整合资源，搭建会议平台，推动产品不断提升市场份额；
- 高效运营：细分市场活动，建立KOL维护库，定期拜访KOL，传递产品优势，专业互动，培养讲者，匹配合适的学术会议，推动业务团队高效执行各类学术会议；
- 激励共赢：高效的跨部门合作，尤其是RM，DM以及和中央市场的合作互动，培训员工疾病领域和产品知识，定期分享市场数据并帮助业务团队设定提升市场份额方案；
- 自我提升：不断提升疾病领域知识和产品知识，提升沟通合作技巧
任职资格
- 教育背景：具有医学、药学或相关专业，大专及以上学历
- 工作经验：1年以上制药行业区域市场相关工作经验，或2年以上地区经理工作经验
- 具备市场分析、策略拆解、客户管理、活动执行等关键技能
- 具备韧性、学习敏锐度、结果导向、强执行等特质
- 具备高度的合规意识
