Main responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve sales objectives and provide feedback on market trends.
- Promote immunology products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Present product benefits, clinical studies and value to build trust and customer relationships.
- Gather and share customer insights to develop targeted communication strategies.
- Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Manager and Medical team to tailor customer journeys and execute omnichannel activities.
- Own and manage customer communication to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Update and manage CRM systems to optimize customer interaction and sales performance.
- Assist with metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.
About you
Experience:
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or related industry.
- Proven sales experience in immunology or specialty care is added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage territory and customer relationships.
- Proactive, goal-oriented with a transformative mindset.
- Travel requirements: Extensive
