Responsabilidades principales:
Llevar a cabo las operaciones productivas relacionadas a los procesos del proceso de producción de AFP de manera de entregar a cuarentena el material necesario según la planificación, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos y con los estándares de rendimiento, calidad y seguridad.
Realizar el seguimiento metrológico de los instrumentos del área para los que aplique. Llevar a cabo la revisión periódica de los logbooks de los equipos, salas e instrumentos del área.
Verificar la vigencia del estado de calibración, mantenimientopreventivo y recalificacionesde equipos e instrumentos antes de suutilización.
Realizarenlínea las transaccionesporsistema, correspondientes a losconsumos ydescartes de soluciones y materialesutilizadosensu sector duranteelproceso.
Mantener las salas, equipos e instrumentos del áreaenadecuadoestado de orden,limpieza y conservaciónentodomomento.
Llevar a cabolosmonitoreosambientales de las áreas.
Acerca de ti
Experiencia: Experiencia en posiciones de Técnico en Producción o de Control de Calidad en laboratorios biotecnológicos, farmacéuticos, cosméticos, de industria alimenticia o química.
Competencias sociales y habilidades técnicas: Orientación a resultados, cooperación transversal y compromiso con el cliente. Conocimientos en esterilidad, sistemas cromatográficos, filtración tangencial, conocimientos de estadística, purificación de proteínas y normas de sistemas de calidad.
Formación: Técnico Químico, estudiante de licenciatura en Química, licenciatura en Biotecnología, Bioquímica, Farmacia o formación afín.
