As Respiratory Key Account Manager within our Respiratory Commercial team, you'll drive respiratory business growth through strategic account management, multi-channel healthcare provider engagement, and market access optimization across chronic rhinusitis and severe asthma therapeutic areas. Main Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers across your territory

  • Develop and execute account plans that prioritize opportunities based on patient needs and business growth potential

  • Work with NHS organizations to improve patient access to treatments and secure formulary approvals

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated account strategies and achieve business objectives

  • Present clinical evidence and treatment value to healthcare professionals through various channels

  • Track performance against targets and continuously adapt your approach to maximize results

  • Ensure all activities meet healthcare industry compliance standards and ethical guidelines

About You

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare market access within the UK

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence healthcare professionals

  • Strong communication skills – able to explain clinical information clearly to different audiences

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute account plans

  • Understanding of healthcare industry compliance and ethical standards

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
