About the job

As OncoHematology Marketing Coordinator within our OncoHematology Marketing team in Brazil, you’ll gain strategic exposure to one of Sanofi's most dynamic and growing therapeutic areas, positioned at the intersection of commercial strategy, market access, and operational excellence.

Our team operates with a patient-first mindset and a commitment to scientific rigor. You will be fully integrated into the organization, directly contributing to the strategic development of our OncoHematology pipeline in the Brazilian market — from building robust business cases and conducting commercial viability analyses to supporting portfolio prioritization and strategic decision-making. You will also lead critical market access initiatives, including indication submissions to CONITEC and the development of access strategies tailored to Brazil's public healthcare landscape. Additionally, you will drive operational capability-building by designing and delivering training programs for the Sarclisa team — experiences that will strengthen both your strategic and leadership competencies.

This VIE assignment is a structured growth opportunity designed for an early-career professional committed to developing expertise in pharmaceutical strategy, market access, and commercial operations. You will work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where your contributions directly impact portfolio success and patient access in one of Latin America's most important markets.
