EBI TPRM Partner

- Lead digital transformation and AI-driven innovation in EBI programs, embedding intelligent automation and advanced analytics into EBI operations
- Support comprehensive TPRM operations including proactive risk identification, multi-dimensional third-party assessment, and continuous management improvement
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
- Reporting to EBI TPRM Head, in close business partnership role with BU/Function Heads.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop predictive analytics models to identify emerging compliance risks before they materialize
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions for third-party risk assessment and monitoring
- Lead automation initiatives for TPRM and other EBI operation processes using machine learning and intelligent workflows
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data use, analysis, and quality requirements
- Guide solution design to meet data and integration requirements while promoting compliance standards
- Integrate emerging technologies (AI, and other advanced analytics) into EBI program enhancement
- Build interactive dashboards and visualization tools for real-time third-party risk monitoring
- Establish data-driven KPIs and metrics to measure TPRM program effectiveness
- Collaborate with other EBI colleagues in supporting local and global EBI strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Support to prepare training and communications contents to all kinds of third parties including distributors, key vendors, Retail channel.
- Design and deliver AI literacy programs, training sessions, and workshops to upskill EBI team members.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in legal, finance, medicine, science or related disciplines.
2. Highly motivated and ambitious.
3. Experience: Data analysis, data manipulation, and master data management; healthcare industry experience is a strong plus
4. Able to work independently and prioritize effectively.
5. Strong analytical skills and proactive in resolving issues/problems. Ability to embed AI technology into EBI programs
6. Good EQ with the ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
7. Proficient in verbal and written English.
8. Minimum 3 years experience working in a large corporate environment is preferred.
9. Experience in Big 4 auditing firm or legal educational background are advantages.
2. Broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of compliance related laws, regulations and requirements.
