A equipe de desempenho da CHC Finance realiza análises e suporte à decisão para locais de fabricação. Nosso desempenho impulsiona despesas, investimentos (Capex) e COGs para proteger a competitividade da CHC em relação aos pares. Junte-se a uma equipa dinâmica num contexto de transformação empresarial.
Principais Responsabilidades:
- Participar das atividades de fechamento mensal;
- Auxiliar no fechamento mensal e análises relacionadas a Headcount, Despesas e CAPEX;
- Extrair informações no SAP, tirar dúvidas com os responsáveis relacionadas a gastos, manutenção de Pedidos Internos;
- Verificação do TM1;
- Auxiliar em relatórios de produtividade da fábrica;
- Participar dos follow ups e das reuniões de orçamento;
- Realizar relatórios industriais, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos respeitando as diretrizes da Sanofi (exercícios de Real, Rolling Forecast, Budget e Forecast) e análise de variação (Real x Última Previsão disponível) acessando áreas relacionadas (engenharia, qualidade, cadeia de suprimentos e manufatura) para entender as causas raízes;
- Apoiar o coordenador de desempenho financeiro em processos de análise/relatório ah-hoc.

Para ser bem-sucedido neste cargo, precisamos de candidatos com os seguintes requisitos:
Educação e habilidades:
Cursando graduação em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou Eng de Produção, no turno noturno;
Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em nossa fábrica em Suzano, SP por até 2 anos de estágio;
Conhecimento em SAP e Power BI no nível básico é um diferencial;
Conhecimento de Excel e Power Point no nível intermediário é um diferencial.
Línguas estrangeiras:
Conhecimento de inglês (intermediário) é um diferencial.
Perfil comportamental:
Perfil analítico, hands on, que tenha bom trabalho em equipe e senso de urgência.
