About the Role

As Immunology Commercial Head for a flagship product in Australia and New Zealand, you will provide strategic direction and inspiring leadership to our sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. You will help our flagship product reach more patients in its current indications and prepare for launches in future indications.

What You Will Do

Lead strategy and business performance

  • Set, communicate, and oversee short- and long-term goals and priorities for the Business Unit across current and future indications in Australia and New Zealand

  • Represent the needs of the ANZ market and customers in global and regional Brand Plans
  • Develop and consolidate revenue and expense budgets and forecasts for current and future indications, and manage the Business Unit as cost centre owner
  • Take accountability for sales target attainment and spend within budget
  • Oversee launch excellence, from market analysis, positioning, market access strategy, and messaging to forecasting and lifecycle management
  • Monitor Business Unit performance, celebrate successes, and drive adjustments where needed

Collaborate across the matrix

  • Partner with the Franchise Head, Brand Leads, and MCO colleagues to optimise performance
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Corporate Affairs to shorten lead time to market for future indications
  • Coordinate with Australian, South Korean, and global Specialty Care cross-functional teams (market access, regulatory, medical, and more) within Sanofi's matrix structure
  • As part of the Pharma ANZ Leadership Team, contribute to the success of the wider ANZ business with an enterprise-wide perspective

Lead and grow our people

  • Lead, inspire, and empower the National Sales Manager and Marketing leaders, who in turn lead our sales and marketing organisations
  • Build an inclusive, high-trust team culture where everyone can contribute and grow
  • Attract, develop, and retain diverse talent, with regular feedback and quality Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for every team member
  • Support team members' wellbeing, engagement, and performance in line with local policies
  • Complete people leadership processes across the Business Unit
