Job Overview

We are pipelining for an HRBP Manager for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare in ASEA to be a strategic partner and provide support to partnered functions covering recruitment, P&R, career development, C&B, and headcount management  

This incumbent reports to the Head of HR based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Business partnering

  • Leading and enhancing capacity for greater consultative and advisory activities such as people planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation review, career and succession, leadership development, and workforce analytics.;

  • Coaching people managers on people management skills and leadership in their organizations.

  • Re-directing client groups to appropriate sources for query resolution

  • Responsible for employee relations & employer branding

  • Driving employee engagement

  • Leading change management activities.

  • I am a high-performing culture-building partner and adviser for business leaders.

Other expertise services & strategic partnering :

  • Workforce planning & Personnel budget planning for the whole population of 3 plants.

  • Talent Acquisition and Engagement

  • Front to end Employee Services  & process governance and implementation

  • Talent management & performance management:       

  • Learning & Development: Compensation and Benefits

Employees relations, Labor Union partnership & External Affairs

  • Partner with the business leader in all employee relations subjects, including culture and partnership with Labor Unions (in Manufacturing and Supply locations) and their authorities.

  • Be the primary contact point for all consumer healthcare businesses partnering in ASEA.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in HR Management

  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR management
