Nuestro equipo:
El candidato elegido, será responsable de realizar los análisis de inmunología-virología tanto para los insumos como del producto en sus diferentes procesos, así como pruebas de estabilidad, validación de procesos y nuevos proveedores, acorde a los procedimientos establecidos. Aplicará el Sistema de Gestión Integral (SGI) de acuerdo con las funciones y responsabilidades descritas en el manual, procedimientos y demás documentación aplicable.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Cumplir con las Buenas prácticas de Manufactura y Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio siguiendo los
procedimientos, metodologías directivas y normas para cumplir con los análisis de inmunología-virología de insumos, estabilidades, muestras de validación y del granel de monovalente.
- Realizar y dar seguimiento al requerimiento de reactivos críticos (antígenos y antisueros) mediante la comunicación con VDR para garantizar el arribo a Ocoyoacac de los reactivos para análisis del granel monovalente.
- Realizar los análisis de inmunología-virología correspondientes, documentar y reportar de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos para garantizar la trazabilidad de los registros y cumplir con la integridad de datos.
- Realizar la revisión y seguimiento de la calibración/calificación de los instrumentos/equipos del área de inmunología-virología, mediante los planes y programas establecidos para garantizar la validez de los análisis y o resultados obtenidos de los mismos.
- Revisar, solicitar y mantener el inventario de los insumos y reactivos que se requieren en el área de inmunología-virología para garantizar el análisis y entrega de resultados en tiempo y forma.
- Realizar, actualizar y mantener los procedimientos normalizados de operación verificando las farmacopeas, directivas y/o documentos globales del sitio para mantenerlos actualizados y vigentes.
- Identificar, evaluar y controlar los impactos/ aspectos y riesgos de Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE) y Buenas Prácticas (GxP) significativos generados por sus actividades o procesos, buscando siempre generar la menor cantidad y siguiendo los procedimientos internos a su disposición

- Experiencia: Experiencia analítica amplia en virología, inmunología, biología molecular analítica, sistemas digitales, EHS y GMPs
- Habilidades sociales: Trabajo en equipo, buena comunicación y resiliencia
- Habilidades técnicas: Ovoalbúmina, virus residual, equipo de cabinas de bioseguridad, etc.
- Educación: Licenciatura en áreas relacionadas a la función farmacéutica
- Idiomas: Inglés avanzado
- Disponibilidad de horario necesaria
