JOB PURPOSE

  • Lead, coordinate or support projects and initiatives for business growth and delivering on priorities within the Dupixent Unit.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders by working transversally with the different franchises and cross functional team.
  • Work transversally with franchise teams and be a key player in managing the work of multiple projects by maintaining the backlog, facilitating ceremonies, and making sure the teams are demonstrating true working practices.
  • Work directly with CFT teams to advise and oversee performance of against KPIs, adherence to practices and opportunities for continuous improvement to help the core team work better and smarter.
  • Champion Agile culture and simplification behaviors, promoting “new ways of working” and principles and practices both at the project level and in corresponding squads.
  • Consolidates performance updates and tracking to ensure robust visibility on franchise insights and intelligence
  • Evolve our ways of working while defining and implementing strategic projects to continue with our business simplification model. 
  • Responsible for ensuring timelines and goals are accomplished per agreed charter and meet the required quality standards. 
  • Plan necessary meetings and enagements for the team with optimal frequency and clear objectives
  • Follow up on meetings outcomes and a requirements for seamless alignment and timely operations  

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

To enable delivery of the best product possible every sprint. Key responsibilities will be:

  • Guide the development of the product team agile methodology with a sustainable cadence
  • Support communication between brand team & cross functional team.
  • Leverage agile tools to manage sprints and improve achieving milestones
  • Assist the Product Owner with keeping the backlog groomed and monitoring progress
  • Remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
  • Facilitate ceremonies throughout each sprint: daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos
  • Maintain relevant metrics that provide visibility & help the team monitor progress
  • Inspire the team and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible
  •  Build the development project planning, including resources allocation and associated budget (internal and external cost). Track the milestones deliveries at all stage gates
  • Consolidate the franchise under development projects, look for synergies among projects, and keep permanent update for Operation & Performance when identifying resources constraints
  • Conduct “retrospective” reviews to see what went well and what can be improved for the following sprint
  • Manage obstacles that arise for the team by communicating with stakeholders outside of the team
  • Continuously seek simplification where possible
  • Report progress to management and provide recommendations for improvement and acceleration

  • Advertising/creative agencies, local and regional Key Opinion Leaders, Patient Societies, Distributers, Health Authorities, Charities and Non-Profit Organization, and Payers.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably Pharmacy/Medicine, MBA or Academic Marketing Degree is preferable
  • Min 2 years Commercial Experience, Project Management , Agile methodology are a plus
  • Experienced mainly in commercial roles and/or Project Management 
  • Experience in leading project teams involving different functions is a plus. 
  • Market understanding, competition and future trends, and good understanding of our value chain.  
  • Ability to take data-driven decisions based on customer needs. 
  • Ability to manage relationships across various stakeholders 
  • Role model of PTW behaviours. 
  • High learning agility and ability to perform under pressure with multi-tasking skills
  • Pro-active with a sense of urgency, demonstrating leadership and effectiveness in a matrix organization.
  • Professional analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
  • Project management skills and Planning capability
  • Strong presentation and general communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • Forecasting, Planning and Budgeting Skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
