- Analyze sales and distribution trends, be aware of the influence of registration and regulatory changes for MPS in order to decide on the adjustments to be made on the demand plan. 负责分析销售趋势及分销计划,熟悉注册及法规变化对主计划的影响,以决定和调整半产品及原料的需求计划。
- Analyze impact of the demand plan vs. the supply plan. Makes the necessary adjustments to the plan using the MRP. 分析供应计划对需求计划的影响,通过物料需求计划对生产计划做出适时必要的调整。
- Run the MRP of 3rd party materials and conducts a review of the results, deciding on the changes or actions necessary to meet objectives. 负责做出第三方物料的需求计划,并通过其结果做出必要的调整或行动来实现目标。
- Control the level of inventory vs. service level required and based on target inventory levels. 根据市场要求的产品库存水平要求,控制工厂库存在目标库存水平范围之内。
- Conduct and analyzes inventory projections and initiates discussions with concerned team in order to develop action plans. 做出并分析未来物料库存预测,与相关部门讨论并做出下一步的调整及行动计划。
- Reflect net demand of intercompany materials to upstream site in Kinaxis(RapidResponse), driving parameters trouble shooting to ensure E2E demand accuracy. 通过系统参数设置,准确反映集团内采购物料的净需求到上游工厂,确保端到端需求准确无误。
- Ensure the CGMP compliance of Beijing Site. 确保北京工厂运行符合CGMP规定。
- Support the development and implementation of energy-saving projects and give positive feedback. 支持节能项目的制定和实施,积极反馈意见.
- Ensure daily work compliance with HSE policy; Participate daily +QDCI meeting and ensure the efficiency of +QDCI meeting. 贯彻公司HSE的有关规定,把公司HSE制度的措施贯彻到每个具体环节;参加每天+QDCI会议,监督本部门+QDCI会议是否有效开展.

- Experience: At least 3 years JV working experience in the related areas

- Soft skill: Good interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to align different stakeholders

- Technical skill: Skilled in Office system, excellent in PPT/PBI and data analysis,Proficient with planning & ERP-System (SAP) with the ability to analyze data and build recommendations to support decision making.

- Education: Full time university education in economics or international trade,logistics, CPIM is preferred
