As People Services Generalist within our People Services team, you'll be the first point of contact for employees across the region, delivering exceptional service while managing HR queries, maintaining critical employee data, and supporting the continuous improvement of our HR systems and processes. Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional HR service by managing incoming queries from employees through phone, email, and ticketing systems, resolving common enquiries using established procedures and knowledge base articles

  • Maintain employee and organizational master data in Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and local legal requirements

  • Provide functional support for HR Service tools including Workday, MyPortal, and Qliksense, assisting stakeholders during process execution and system upgrades

  • Create and update knowledge articles in English and local language based on process documentation, helping employees find answers quickly and independently

  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and generate reports, alerts, and follow-up plans to ensure timely resolution of cases and continuous service improvement

  • Support onboarding and training by delivering Day 1 onboarding sessions and training Workday managers on their roles and responsibilities within the platform

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to eliminate redundant activities, enhance user satisfaction, and implement best-in-class HR service practices

About you

  • Experience in HR operations, shared services, or customer service roles with a strong focus on delivering high-quality support

  • Technical proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a strong plus) and case management tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly

  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to explain complex HR processes clearly in writing and verbally

  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to manage data accuracy, prepare reports, and identify process improvement opportunities

  • Customer service excellence with a genuine passion for helping people and solving problems efficiently while maintaining professionalism

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
