The iShift Program is a strategic initiative aiming at harmonizing & simplifying ERP related business processes through the implementation of SAP latest technology (S/4 HANA).
The iShift Business Operations organization is based on five pillars: Transformation & Operational excellence, Change & Engagement office, Center of expertise, Project management, Key users Support stream.
We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to lead and transform our Key Users community in the Hub. This role positions you as the central point of contact for iShift Business Operations on the Hub, serving as a strategic bridge between the Key Users Community and Global teams.
This high-visibility position is crucial in orchestrating our Key User network and ensuring optimal iShift utilization while maintaining governance excellence. You will spearhead the management of the entire backoffice KU community, ensuring seamless operations across various support functions.
Strategic stakeholder management will be a core competency, enabling you to drive effective communication between hubs and functions while delivering critical projects and initiatives that shape Sanofi's digital future.
Main responsibilities:
Strategic Stakeholder Leadership
- Drive high-level relationships with diverse stakeholders across functions, Retain activities, and Hub operations
- Champion communication and collaboration between various teams and departments
- Ensure strategic alignment of objectives and expectations among all involved parties
Key User Network Leadership
- Orchestrate and coordinate the Key User network across the organization
- Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing in the hub and across hubs
- Proactively identify solutions within the KU community and direct them to appropriate resources before ticket escalation
- Build and nurture the Key User backoffice community as a center of excellence
- Lead communication and engagement initiatives within the community
- Organize impactful meetings and events to foster collaboration and knowledge transfer
- Participate in governance structures for both Retain activities and Hub operations
- Collaborate strategically with functional teams and Hub management to ensure smooth operations and decision-making processes
- Drive cross-functional cooperation to achieve organizational goals
Strategic Problem-Solving & Innovation
- Implement robust processes to identify and address Key User pain points
- Analyze feedback and data to propose and implement strategic solutions
E2E Key User Lifecycle
- Support and guide KU through their onboarding and offboarding journey
- Anticipate team movements and rotations and proactively identify future KU talent within their scope
Continuous Improvement Leadership
- Implement strategic processes to identify best practices and improvement opportunities
- Analyze feedback and data to propose and implement solutions, working closely with the process CI role
Community Excellence & Event Leadership
- Lead transformational community management initiatives, including organizing and facilitating signature iShift days
- Develop cutting-edge strategies to increase engagement and participation in community events
Operational Excellence: L1 Support
- Oversee the delivery of L1 support to Key Users
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues with excellence standards
Strategic Testing & Quality Assurance (UAT)
- Coordinate and provide expert support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for RT (Real-Time) and BVP (Business Value Planning) processes
- Ensure flawless execution of UAT and timely feedback collection
Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead and manage high-impact ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Ensure project excellence with goals met within specified timelines and budgets
Service Excellence Management
- Oversee the strategic management of Application Management Services (AMS) Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor performance excellence against SLAs and implement continuous improvements
- Coordinate strategically with the Application Management Services (AMS) team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of systems
- Facilitate knowledge transfer excellence between project teams and AMS to ensure continuity of service
- Collaborate with AMS to address issues, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement
Innovation Leadership - SAP AI Investigation
- Lead cutting-edge investigation into SAP AI solutions for potential implementation at Sanofi
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess feasibility and potential benefits of SAP AI integration
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a large enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of SAP systems and Key User support processes
- Fluency in English
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in project management and community engagement
- Knowledge of AI and its applications in enterprise systems
