About the Job

Sanofi Oncology is pioneering the future of precision cancer care with the launch of a novel radioligand therapy (RLT) for gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs). To ensure the safe, timely, and seamless delivery of this time-sensitive therapy, we are seeking a US/Global Director, Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Delivery & Customer Services.

This strategic leader will be responsible for designing and executing a just-in-time (JIT) delivery model that ensures patients receive treatment at the right place, at the right time, and with the highest standards of quality and care.

With an initial focus on the US, this role will be instrumental in developing and orchestrating a best-in-class RLT program for delivery and service excellence to healthcare providers and treatment centers. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Orano Med's manufacturing and supply teams (notably Alpha Therapy Laboratories), Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply experts, Patient Support Services, Medical and Commercial teams, as well as key RLT treatment centers across the US and globally.

This role reports directly to the General Manager, US and Global Brand Lead, Oncology Radioligands, and will play a critical role in establishing Sanofi as a leader in the specialized field of radioligand therapy.

Main Responsibilities:

End-to-End Delivery Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement a state-of-the-art, compliant, agile, and scalable Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery model tailored to radioligand therapy.

  • Ensure real-time communication and issue resolution across the delivery chain.

  • Orchestrate end-to-end stakeholder collaboration across the RLT delivery ecosystem, ensuring integrated processes, clear communication, and optimal resource use while upholding high service standards and transparency.

Treatment Center Enablement

  • Partner with nuclear medicine centers to assess readiness and implement delivery protocols.

  • Lead onboarding and training for site staff on handling, scheduling, and patient coordination.

Integrated Scheduling & Orchestration

  • Develop a centralized scheduling system to align production, shipment, and patient appointments.

  • Ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Orano Med’s manufacturing and distribution teams to align production schedules, logistics, and site delivery requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., production-to-injection time, delivery accuracy).

  • Use data analytics to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the strategic interface between Sanofi’s internal teams (Manufacturing, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory) and external partners (notably Orano Med and logistics providers).

  • Lead governance forums to align priorities and resolve operational challenges.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

  • Ensure all delivery processes meet regulatory standards for radiopharmaceuticals across regions.

  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to maintain audit readiness and ensure patient safety.

Innovation & Global Scalability

  • Drive innovation in delivery models and prepare for global expansion (EU, Japan, China).

  • Continuously evaluate global best practices in isotope distribution and delivery.

Customer and Patient-Centric Service Excellence

  • Embed a service mindset across the delivery chain to ensure a seamless experience for healthcare providers and patients.

  • Establish risk analysis and rapid-response protocols for delivery issues and rescheduling.

About You

Key Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or a related discipline required. An advanced degree (MBA, MS), particularly in healthcare operations or supply chain management, is strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, or commercial functions.

  • Proven success in launching or managing site-of-care administered therapies, especially those involving time-sensitive logistics or specialized handling (e.g., radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, oncology).

  • Demonstrated experience working with external manufacturing and distribution partners, including joint ventures or co-development models.

Strategic & Operational Excellence:

  • Strong strategic agility and ability to design, implement, and optimize complex delivery systems in high-stakes, regulated environments.

  • Experience developing and leading cross-functional processes and models that enhance treatment workflows and patient care.

  • Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards applicable to radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine.

Leadership & Innovation:

  • A well-rounded, innovative leader with a track record of driving transformational change while maintaining operational excellence.

  • Skilled in aligning plans, people, and processes across multidisciplinary teams in complex healthcare ecosystems.

  • Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across internal teams and external partners.

  • Customer-facing experience in oncology or specialty therapeutics, with a strong focus on patient-centric service delivery.
