Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights / tools
Communicate results and findings in a structured way comprehensible by the business
Ensure consistency and quality of PowerBI dashboards and reports delivered to support business decision-making
Extract and analyze data from Snowflake and other sources to identify trends and opportunities
Support the development of data-driven solutions for manufacturing and engineering processes
Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms
Develop and document business requirements for analytics projects
Participate in cross-functional teams to implement data analytics solutions
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, business-focused language
Maintain compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in all data activities
·Contribute to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting methodologies
About You:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent field
Additional certifications in data analytics or business intelligence are a plus
Professional Experience:
2-3 years of experience in business data analysis
Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments is valuable
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GxP, SOX) is a plus
Soft skills:
Service-oriented, flexible, positive team player
Self-motivated, takes initiative
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Good communication skills and ability to present data insights
Major Skills and Competencies:
PowerBI expertise for creating dashboards and visualizations
Snowflake experience for data querying and analysis
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database concepts
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R)
Experience with cloud services (AWS a plus)
