As the Senior Job Evaluation/Global Grading Specialist within our Master Data Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that similar jobs are graded equally, supporting organizational integrity and employee satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct job evaluations to ensure similar jobs are graded equally across the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement global grading standards.
Analyze job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate grading levels.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide guidance and support to managers and HR teams on job evaluation and grading processes.
Monitor the effectiveness of grading standards and recommend enhancements for future iterations.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in job evaluation methodologies.
About you
Experience: 5+ years of experience in job evaluation and grading, preferably in a global corporate setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.
Soft skills & Technical skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Workday Pro HCM certification Preferred.
Education: Master’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
