1. 战略管理 :
•了解市场潜力,建议产品组合开发和区域市场增长。
•为该地区制定短期、中期和长期目标和愿景。
•收集和利用客户见解,制定并不断更新业务计划。
•维护战略性客户关系,推进客户决策过程 领导和建立区域销售团队 •通过设计培训计划和在团队内使用相关工具(如核心竞争力体系、绩效评估、职业发展、辅导等)来管理和发展销售团队。
•指导团队执行与客户一致和参与式的业务计划。
•管理、跟踪和交付业务目标。
•就区域内的组织结构和层次结构提出建议。
2. 销售运营管理:
•制定区域绩效目标和销售市场政策,制定行动计划并与区域销售员工沟通。
•确保销售信息系统的管理,如ETMS、客户档案等。
•与跨疾病区域的销售团队合作,共同取得成功。 访问管理
•全面了解产品对不同利益相关者的价值。
•全面了解该地区的销售渠道/医疗费用环境,并不断寻求产品获取途径。
•促进和保持对赛诺菲产品的访问。
3. 沟通 :
•与内部和外部利益相关者建立良好的关系,激励和激励沟通对象。
•了解公司战略,领导和接受变革,并通过沟通提高团队绩效和商业模式。
