Job Purpose

  • From new indication/ product launch preparation, to drive disease awareness, competitive treatment choice differentiation, disease management projects as well as patient associations engagement, Dupixent TW team offers a unique development platform for anyone wanting to help patients, their families, and make an impact.

  • Implement, identify and plan medical-marketing project in collaboration with medical teams.

  • Implement and recommend marketing strategy, tactics and action plans to counter any changes in the market.

  • Responsible for the plan, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategy for the assigned product to achieve the sales, profit and growth performance objectives in the annual budget.

  • Oversee, support and monitor the delivery of product information, medical services and marketing activities to customers.

  • Ensure the development and achievement of Product Portfolio objectives through short- and long-term goals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with sales, medical and cross functional teams to gain in-depth insight on relevant therapeutic areas disease patients’ journeys, HCP environment, competitive landscape to prioritize sources of growth, develop brand strategy and tactics to drive resource allocation and business performance

  • Responsible for designing and leading the delivery of the brand operational plan on time and on budget through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Take a key role in future pipeline, new product launch, business case readiness, including opportunity assessment, advocacy plan, and local data generation strategy, working closely with Medical, Market Access, KOLs

  • Responsible for supervising the design and delivery of the Go-To-Market and Omnichannel tactics to meet strategic imperatives and provide enhanced customer experience.

  • Collaborate with Market Access, KAM and sales force for pricing strategy.

  • Support BU Head in building the annual budget, patient models, managing monthly sales performance, and forecasting exercises.

  • Bring creativity and innovative tactics, projects, campaigns to differentiate and enrich customers’ engagement offering

  • Build strong relationships with Taiwan national/global KOL and PAG to generate insights, drive strategy and generate projects ideas.

  • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, representing the local team to global franchise teams, to effectively communicate and convey local environment dynamics, brand strategies, and leverage resources.

  • Monitor, reinforce and collaborate with training to sales force to increase their competitive edge.

  • Occasionally requires evening calls with headquarters teams in US/EU

  • Occasionally requires domestic and international travel, or weekend activities within local regulations.

  • Ensure Sanofi First , Customer First mindset in all projects undertaken by constantly seeking best efforts, cost effective solutions, but also by knowing when to challenge ourselves and recognize failures.

  • Ensure all activities operate in line with the Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies.

  • Sanofi employee must understand of own roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risk (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment). Involved in any such activities must comply with HSE policy.

About you

Education

  • B. Sc. Degree or above, major in Pharmacy or related Health Science.

  • MBA is a plus.

Experience & Knowledge

  • 5+ years in Marketing in Pharma MNC

  • Experience in patients and sales forecast modelling is a must

  • Experience in covering Immunology related specialties is a plus

  • Experience in interfacing with global stakeholders is a plus

  • Experience in new product launch is a plus
