Unsere Teams konzentrieren sich auf die strategische Positionierung und Marktchancen für Sanofi-Produkte in den Bereichen Onkologie, Neurologie und Rheumatologie. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Analyse des lokalen Marktes und der Kundenbedürfnisse zur Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen und Anpassung von Marketingstrategien
Gemeinsame Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien im GSA Brand Team zur Förderung unseres Produktportfolios und Umsetzung im Markt
Intensive Koordination mit dem GSA MCO Brand Team zur Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Omni-Channel Markenbotschaft und -strategie. Aktive Teilnahme am GSA Brand Team zur Erstellung von MCO-weit genutzten Marketingmaterialien
Koordination mit medizinischen, regulatorischen und finanziellen Abteilungen zur Optimierung von Marketingstrategien als Teil des GSA MCO Brand Teams
Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, Erstellung von Verkaufsprognosen und Budgetplanung
Schulung von Außen- und Innendienst sowie Bereitstellung von Verkaufsmaterialien
Organisation von Konferenzen und Aufbau sowie Pflege von Beziehungen zu KOLs und wichtigen Stakeholdern
Co-Creation und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingkampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen

Erfahrung:
Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Omnichannel- und Customer-Journey-Projekten sowie Erfahrung bei Produkt-Launches
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Marketing erforderlich
Soziale Kompetenzen / Technische Fähigkeiten:
Hohe strategische Kompetenz und die Fähigkeit, strategische Ziele in operative Schritte zu übersetzen und deren Umsetzung sicherzustellen
Starke Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Ausbildung:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Naturwissenschaften
