About the Job

You understand and can navigate the complexities of the national organ procurement, allocation, and placement process. You have the ability to gain rapid insight into key issues that impact donor hospitals, organ procurement organizations (OPOs), and kidney transplant centers (TCs). You will report to the Director, Transplant Thought Leader Liaison.

The OPO TLL role is a marketing field-based position working closely with Organ Procurement and Solid Organ Transplant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) as the Sanofi therapeutic area expert. Primary responsibilities include understanding OPO priorities, developing and maintaining relationships with OPO KOLs and Transplant Center KOLs, and ensuring alignment of commercial activities such as key messaging and commercial strategy in alignment with brand strategic imperatives of reducing organ non-utilization and increasing access to transplant. While the OPO TLL is a marketing position, the OPO TLL is expected to maintain a close working relationship with Transplant Sales, Training, Market Access, Medical, and other stakeholder teams sharing insights as appropriate.
