Bu vizyon doğrultusunda, motivasyonu yüksek, hedef odaklı bir Ürün Tanıtım Uzmanı arıyoruz. Bu pozisyon, belirlenen iş stratejisi ve şirket değerleri çerçevesinde, sorumlu olduğu bölge ve ürünler için tanıtım, satış, kârlılık ve büyüme hedeflerini gerçekleştirmekten sorumludur.
Sorumluluklar
Sorumluluk alanındaki riskleri değerlendirmek, yönetmek ve yönetime zamanında güncellemeler sağlamak.
Ürün portföyümüzü sağlık profesyonellerine tanıtarak, ürünlerin faydalarını vurgulamak.
Satış, kârlılık ve büyüme hedefleri doğrultusunda belirlenen KPI’lara ulaşmak.
Aylık ve yıllık satış hedeflerine ulaşmak için sağlık profesyonellerine düzenli ziyaretler gerçekleştirmek.
Sağlık profesyonellerine yönelik etkili iletişim stratejileri geliştirmek ve uygulamak.
Rakip faaliyetlerini izleyerek önemli bulguları raporlamak ve pazar payı hedeflerine ulaşmaya katkıda bulunmak.
Sorumlu olunan eczanelerde gıda takviyesi ürünlerinin ticari pazarlama faaliyetlerini yürütmek.
Sağlık profesyonelleriyle toplantılar düzenlemek ve ürün verilerini Elektronik Bölge Yönetim Sistemimize (ETMS) aktarmak.
Ürünlerle ilgili en doğru ve güncel tıbbi bilgilere hakim olmak.
Gider bütçesini etkin bir şekilde yönetmek ve harcamaları kontrol etmek.
Günlük faaliyet raporlarını düzenli olarak hazırlamak ve süreçlerde titizlikle çalışmak.

Teknik Beceriler
Tercihen üniversite mezunu,
Tercihen ilaç sektöründe 2-7 yıl deneyime sahip,
Aktif araç kullanabilen,
MS Office ve IMS programlarına hakim,
Ürün ve sektör bilgisi olan,
Satış ve pazarlama alanında deneyimli,
ÜTE Belgesine sahip,
Temel finans bilgisine sahip takım arkadaşları arıyoruz.
