- The Medical Intern at Sanofi is to support central medical team in both scientific and office work to increase the working efficiency.
- The Medical Intern will help central medical team with the internal process for important projects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Academic Support
- Data search & management
Medical & epi-data search through professional research database such as Pubmed
Internet information searching for general information of some scientific questions.
Internal Share-folder management
- Material preparation for scientific events.
Translation for scientific paper, slides, etc Material drafting (eg. invitation letter, welcoming speech) Material management (submission for approval)
- Other academic work assigned by managers.
- Office work
Slides polishing for scientific meeting or internal reports Incorporation forms for gathering information from various team members meeting minutes drafting in internal meeting Timeline tracking for ongoing projects
- Internal process
Financial process documents: Budget Application / Purchase Order / PR Legal documents preparation: Service agreements Expense reports preparation Archiving documents for internal process
- Compliance
Ensure all activities are in strict compliance with local regulations, company policies and guidelines, under the supervison of Sr. Medical Manager.
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Postgraduate students majoring in clinical medicine or phamacy.
Experience & knowledge:
Research experience in clinical study or lab experiments
Familiar with literature searching
Publication of scientific papers is highly preferred
Core competencies:
High working efficiency and fast learning
Good communication skills
Fluent in written English and good computer skill(PPT, EXEl, WORD).
