Propósito del rol:
Apoyar activamente el desarrollo y la implementación de los planes estratégicos de acuerdo con las prioridades del negocio (por ejemplo: gestión de las partes interesadas, capacitaciones internas y externas) y garantizar el desarrollo adecuado de actividades como seminarios web y congresos.
Operar y coordinar todos los sistemas involucrados en las actividades de participación científica y cumplir con los requisitos de informes internos y externos
Asegurar el compliance y criterios de GXP, GMP en los acercamientos con HCP y organizaciones de atención a la salud. efectuando actividades de seguimiento, control y farmacovigilancia conocer necesidades de profesionales de atención en salud y líderes de atención clave.
Responsabilidades:
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Calidad de los procesos GxP y Non GxP en el área Médica (información médica, publicaciones científicas, donaciones, interacciones con HCPs y HCOs, etc.)
- Coordinar, supervisar y monitorear la calidad de la plataforma de transparencia para eventos, Profesionales de la Salud (HCPs) y Organizaciones de Atención Médica (HCOs).
- Declarar informes de transparencia a la institución reguladora sobre Transferencia de Valor directa e indirecta a HCPs y HCOs
- Coordinar y asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de las actividades relacionadas con la Información Médica para CHC (consultas de primera línea, consultas de escalamiento, desarrollo y aprobación de documentos de respuesta).
- Proporcionar informes, perspectivas e información relacionada con la información médica e interacciones con HCPs/HCOs cuando sea requerido por diferentes áreas.
- Alineación, supervisión y monitoreo de los procesos y objetivos realizados por diferentes proveedores externos que contribuyen a Sanofi en el proceso de interacción con HCPs/HCOs y actividades de información médica para asegurar la efectividad, profesionalismo y calidad en la interacción.
- Punto de contacto principal en auditorías (internas y externas) y monitoreo local de eventos, interacciones con profesionales sanitarios/organizaciones sanitarias e información médica para CHC.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas globales y locales relacionadas con procesos Gxp y no Gxp para el área médica en CHC.
- Coordinar la gestión de desviaciones, acciones correctivas y preventivas para medir la efectividad del cumplimiento tanto para procesos médicos GxP como no Gxp.
- Capacitar y compartir actualizaciones sobre políticas tanto para procesos médicos GxP como no Gxp.
- Gestión y seguimiento del presupuesto médico.
- Gestión de proyectos relacionados con la estrategia médica.
- Aprobación médica de materiales promocionales y no promocionales.
- Gestión de la plataforma Vault en diferentes módulos (Calidad, Promomats, Médico)
- Punto de contacto principal con profesionales de la salud y líderes de opinión clave para resolver sus necesidades.
Acerca de ti
Requisitos:
- Formación académica profesional en medicina, farmacia o campos afines
- +5 años de experiencia como profesional en Medical Excellence o Scientific Engagement en la industria farmacéutica.
- Inglés intermedio avanzado mandatorio
- Experiencia en procesos de fabricación en acondicionado o procesos manuales de manufactura para el sector farmacéutico
- Habilidad de relacionamiento y trabajo con equipos transversales (Omnichannel Fuerza de ventas)
- Manejo de presupuestos del área
Disponibilidad de asistencia a eventos médicos (Opella cubre gastos asociados a transporte.)
viajes nacionales (20% anual)
