- En tant que Délégué(e) Hospitalier(e), vous serez responsable du lancement et de la promotion du produit Immunologie de Sanofi en milieu hospitalier et de la réalisation des ventes et de la croissance commerciale dans votre territoire assigné. Vous exécuterez les ventes de manière efficace, efficiente et éthique et établirez des relations solides avec les clients. Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la réalisation de nos objectifs commerciaux et dans la promotion d'une culture de haute performance. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de votre territoire, de la planification et de la gestion professionnelles de tous les centres clés et de la mise en œuvre d'une approche professionnelle de ciblage et de segmentation.
- Délivrer une communication scientifique de haute qualité et adaptée aux besoins et attentes des HCP’s sur votre secteur. Pour cela, vous vous appuyez sur une très bonne connaissance scientifique et la maîtrise des référentiels de vos domaines thérapeutiques et de votre produit (prise en charge de la pathologie, de l’environnement médico-économique, de la concurrence des produits ainsi que du parcours de soins du patient).
- Développer et mettre en œuvre un plan d’action pour votre zone géographique basé sur des sources de données clés afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs et des cibles de ventes de l’entreprise.
- Initier et entretenir des relations privilégiées avec l’ensemble des acteurs clés du médicament afin de promouvoir avec succès la thérapeutique dont vous avez la responsabilité avec un haut niveau d’exigence.
- Exploiter tous les canaux de communication, y compris les canaux numériques, en collaboration avec d'autres fonctions, pour obtenir la meilleure « share of voice » possible sur le marché.
- Collaborer étroitement avec le MSL pour mettre en œuvre des programmes régionaux et des activités pertinentes pour répondre aux besoins des professionnels de la santé.
Profil :
- Diplômé en Médecine, Pharmacie, Biologie, ou un background scientifique.
- Très bonne connaissance de l'environnement hospitalier avec un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que délégué hospitalier.
- Familiarité avec des spécialistes hospitaliers (i.e. Pneumologie, Dermatologie, Pédiatrie) nécessaire
- Vous êtes proactif, orienté solutions et pragmatique.
- Vous possédez des compétences en communication, et de la curiosité pour les nouveautés et les défis.
- Vous concrétisez les choses et êtes à l'aise dans un environnement en évolution.
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe : travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres fonctions pour assurer l'excellence dans l'exécution
