Le site d’Amilly, au sein de l’entité General Medicines de Manufacturing and Supply, regroupe environ 300 collaborateurs et est spécialisé dans la fabrication de médicaments avec diverses technologies : production chimique de principes actifs, formulation sèche, microgranules, semi-solides, et packaging (sachets, tubes, pots, bouteilles).
Principales responsabilités:
Dans le cadre d’un projet d’industrialisation d’un principe actif à usage pharmaceutique, nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de projets en procédés chimiques.
En tant qu’expert, vous serez le référent procédé du projet et vous intègrerez une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire d’une dizaine de collaborateurs.
Vos missions « procédé » seront les suivantes :
- Assurer la transposition industrielle du nouveau procédé en prenant en compte les aspects Qualité et HSE du projet
- Transmettre votre connaissance spécifique du produit/procédés aux autres métiers du projet (Qualité, Réglementaire, Qualification/Validation, Technique, HSE, …)
- Garantir le niveau scientifique et la qualité documentaire des études et travaux.
- Participer au choix technique, à l’étude et à la mise en service des nouveaux équipements et/ou installations industrielles en concertation avec les Département Technique et Production
- Participer aux FAT et aux SAT (déplacements professionnels)
- Assurer le bon déroulement des lots de validation et le lancement des productions en routine
- Assurer la formation et l’organisation du personnel de Production
- Réaliser les actions qui sont confiées et la rédaction/vérification des documents associés (protocoles, rapports, dossiers, modes opératoires, documents de production…) et l’analyse critique des résultats.
Ces missions seront à réaliser dans le respect des procédures Qualité et des règles HSE Groupe et site.
Vous serez amené à travailler en transverse avec différents acteurs internes tels que la Production, le Réglementaire, le Département Qualification/Validation ou encore le Département Technique mais aussi externe tels que les fournisseurs et un bureau d’ingénierie.
Vous participerez activement à :
- La rédaction des analyses de risques procédé et flux (AMDEC)
- La rédaction des analyses de risques HSE (rapport de données HSE et HAZOP)
- Garantir la mise à jour de l’Evaluation des risques au poste de travail des opérateurs
- Rédiger et faire appliquer les procédures Qualité de votre domaine d’activités
À propos de vous :
Vous avez une première expérience (hors stage et alternance) en chimie des procédés ou chimie des polymères au sein d’un site industriel ou d’un bureau d’étude en ingénierie. Vous souhaitez participer à un projet challengeant, vous êtes autonome et vous êtes reconnu pour votre adaptabilité, votre rigueur scientifique ainsi que pour vos qualités rédactionnelles alors ce poste est fait pour vous.
- Experience: Au moins une première expérience professionnelle hors stage et alternance
- Soft skills: Rigueur scientifique, qualités rédactionnelles, autonomie, adaptabilité, travail en équipe
- Technical skills: chimie, chimie des polymères, génie des procédés
- Education: BAC+3 à BAC+5 (Licence professionnelle, BUT, Master, Ecole d’ingénieur) en chimie, chimie des polymères, génie des procédés.
- Une expérience terrain sur un site industriel ou en bureau d’études d’ingénierie serait un plus.
- Languages: La maîtrise de l’anglais est fortement recommandée.
