About the job
You will be working in the Dermatology team that is dedicated to bring advanced therapy for atopic diseases to patients. This includes building and maintaining excellent external relationships based on long term professional partnerships and developing and executing territory action plans in relation to brand plan and regional performance targets. As Hospital Account Manager Immuno-Dermatology you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the Immuno-Dermatology portfolio in the central part of The Netherlands. Furthermore, you will build long term relationships with customers to ensure patients have optimal access to products and services. This is a field-based position in which both face to face meetings and digital engagements equally contribute to the success of the role.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure successful commercialization of existing and future new indications in a field-based position, through in person and digital engagement with external (key) stakeholders (dermatologists, pediatricians and physician assistants / specialized nurses)
- Be the orchestrator of the region: understand market & patient dynamics, challenges, opportunities, and the needs & drivers of customers in order to define and implement tactics that are needed to bring our solutions for patients and our services to the next level
- Obtain insights among key stakeholders and decision makers at the regional and local level, and be a trusted advisor in providing services and solutions that add value to customers and patients
- Develop an external key stakeholder network, build brand advocates and drive strategic omnichannel implementation in selected key accounts
- Together with the cross-functional brand team, develop key tactics in line with the brand strategy, with focus on key account opportunities/challenges and translate these into activities, aligned to local country rules and regulations
- In close collaboration with relevant infield colleagues, ensure market access implementation at the account level
- Act proactively on customer and patient needs to improve people’s lives by setting up (complex) projects and tactics in co-creation with customers
- Be “the voice of our customer” in our cross functional team

- Oral and written fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory
Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience in a pharma environment, experience with biologics and/or the intramural setting is a big plus
- Strong knowledge of the Dutch healthcare system, specifically on topics like hospital budgets, pharmaceutical access to hospitals, and hospital contracting.
- Preferably a network in dermatology
- Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in a Life Science, (Para)Medical or Business subject
