JOB PURPOSE

As part of the Performance team, you will have a key role providing a clear, complete and unbiased view on performance, connecting insights coming from market data & internal data .

You will support business decision taking preparing insights, analysis and recommendations of operation and business performance related to market, consumers and customers.

On the other hand, you will have to ensure data source and KPI alignment between Growth & Customer Teams

KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

Business analytics : Master market data to provide acute, comprehensive market performance analysis.

  • Analysing the zone performance, detecting “data driven” gaps and opportunities, challenging the organization to follow-up and provide fast reaction, harmonizing the identified solutions into a consolidated plan of action.

  • Lead market forecast for IBS sub-categories for Western Europe and gap analysis of actual vs forecast for IBS market and Brand

  • Partner with brand lead to review brand performance

  • Support Greece and UK country head to understand overview of country in-market performance

  • Drive Sell out forecast alignment with brand and country

  • Work with business excellence lead for other brands to understand total country performance

  • Partner with trade revenue lead and supply chain lead for management business review

Sell out forecast process lead (IBP)

  • Business analytics lead for end to end Sell Out forecast process

  • Maintain and update forecast file

  • Educate and help new team members on usage of file

  • Co-ordinate for updating forecast power BI.

Reporting

  • Bi-weekly performance report for WEU

  • Reporting monthly SO IBP forecast to EULA and WEU TRM team

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Education – Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business or Data Analytics

Required knowledge and/or experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Business analytics and/or trade analytics roles. Experience within CHC environment will be considered as an asset.
  • Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills / digitally savvy
  • Experience in Market Research and Insights
  • Highly organized, problem solver that actively drives progress.
  • Oral and written fluency in English.
