As a product manager within M&S Digital team in Sanofi you’llbe is responsible forcreating experiences that delight our users and build technology products that can be scaled across M&S. Technology Products are digital/data platforms, services, and frameworks, that provide solution teams with the capabilities they need to deliver digital/ data solutions to various needs with Manufacturing & Supply teams in Sanofi. These technology products include a modern data platform using best-in-class AI GenAImodels, along with digital capabilities in the domains of API, Events & micro-services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage build of cutting-edgeAI / Generative AI enabled products across the product lifecycle by working closely with both internal and external partners. 

  • Engage with engineering and architecture teams across M&S Digital and M&S Business units at Sanofi to gather and prioritize product features.

  • Research and maintainexpert knowledge on the data science, AI and how data is operatedlike a product in other large enterprises, and product offerings that would help to inform buy, build, partner decisioning.

  • Collaborate with Product Line Manager to define the data and digital products strategy and roadmap.

  • Deliver a product backlog with well-defined and prioritized product features with corresponding justification (the what and the why) 

  • Work with development teams by orchestrating their work through’ JIRA tickets and help manage development backlog and run agile associated ceremonies in the team with the help of other product owners in your pod. 

  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the data product. 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.

  • Absolutelyessentially to possessproblem-solving mindset, proven experience ofthriving in uncertainty.

  • Proven ability to navigate and succeed in complex process-oriented organizations. 

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, generative AIand reinforcement learning.

  • Track recordof deploying AI technologies to identifiedhigh priority business needs.

  • You have great attention to detail, you can remain focussed in light on a multitude of requests from executives, users, peers, managers, and developers.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 3 to 7years of experiencein high tech start-up or consulting 

  • Track recordin conducting user interviews, asking open ended questions, and uncovering the root cause of pains.

  • Track recordof working with development teams to orchestrate their work through tools such as JIRA, Confluence and running ceremonies associated with Agile.
