Why choose us?

Rare diseases (RD) are those that have a low prevalence in the population (fewer than 5 per 10,000 inhabitants). However, many people live with them worldwide -more than 300 million globally, 3 million of them in Spain- as it is estimated that there are more than 7,000 rare diseases.

A patient with a rare disease waits an average of 4 years to obtain a diagnosis; in 20% of cases, it takes 10 or more years to achieve the correct diagnosis. While the diagnosis is delayed, the patient receives no support or treatment, has received some inadequate treatment, or sees their disease worsen.

Discover how much you can achieve by collaborating with the rare diseases team, a franchise for which Sanofi is a clear leader.

Join our team as a Product Manager and make a significant impact in the field of rare diseases. At Sanofi, a leader in rare disease treatment, you will have the unique opportunity to work on Fabry disease, managing our current product and preparing for exciting new launches in the coming years. If you are passionate about making a difference and eager to contribute to groundbreaking advancements, this is the perfect role for you. Accept the challenge and be part of a team that is transforming lives worldwide.
