职责描述:

  • 制定并执行公司在指定区域或地区的业务计划, 监督和辅导医药代表分析和制定详细的执行计划。
  • 跨部门合作协调以推进品牌战略在区域内的实施。
  • 监督和辅导医药代表提供高质量的产品信息传递,学术推广和相关的反馈。
  • 计划和实施与医药代表的协访。
  • 参与医药代表的选拔、招聘和培训/辅导工作。
  • 定期评估医药代表的业绩,帮助他们制定个人发展计划,建立合理的人才梯队。
  • 积极参与和推进合规项目,以身作则,传递合规文化。遵守所覆盖或拜访的医疗机构仅需同的与医药代表或医药企业相关人员有关的规章制度。

3. 任职资格

  • 工作经验:3年以上制药行业工作经验,1年以上管理经验,过往有较好绩效
  • 通用技能:逻辑思维能力,结果导向,良好的学习敏锐度,韧性,成就驱动,保持同理心,主人翁意识 (could add BU specific skill)
  • 专业技能:良好的区域业务以及人员分析能力,能够准确判断区域机会点;能基于关键增长点制定区域销售策略,策略聚焦且能充分支持增长点的达成;能基于销售策略,制定清晰,具体,合理的业务目标和关键客户的管理目标; 能基于销售策略及目标,制定行之有效的行动计划。并有明确合理的跟进及评估方式;能基于策略设定针对性强且 合理的团队及人员的管理计 划,匹配人力效能,确保区域 目标的达成。
  • 教育背景:医学、药学、化工、护理、生物等相关专业,专科或以上学历
  • 语言要求: 无特殊要求
