KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Deliver sales target and achieve DSO target.

  • Coordinate the Company’s market strategy, follow up and win the bidding of targeted provinces for NIP-IPV, complete contract signing, ordering, logistics, shipment and payment collection

  • Handle business matters related to importers’ direct supply to CDC, such as coordinating importers to sign contract with the directly supplying CDC, manage orders, product flow direction and inventories, and coordinate CDC to make payments to importers

  • Closely cooperate and timely exchange information with the sales and marketing department, coordinate the sales team to accomplish product access to the region, ensure smooth product supply, and support the execution of sales strategies

2. Secure national and provincial bids.

  • Take charge of provincial bid invitations, confirm tenderers according to local bidding policies, formulate bidding strategies, confirm tender price, prepare bidding materials, and timely get the bidding result and complete the contracting

3. Build up effective business framework from demand to cash.

  • Manage and coordinate Shenzhen factory, Taizhou company and importers in line with the Company’s marketing strategy to establish and maintain supplying channels within the jurisdiction, including channel development and coverage, annual sales target setting, monthly procurement amount and storage management and product flow direction; accomplish the expansion of terminal coverage and the implementation and supervision of the Company’s commercial policies

  • Coordinate Shenzhen factory, relevant departments of the Company and importers to make quick response to the clients’ feedbacks, and ensure smooth supplying channels

  • Make timely judgement of the vaccine operating environment based on policy environment changes, make corresponding adjustments of the business strategy and plan, capable of properly handling the relations with key clients through coordinating various resources even under difficult circumstances or in emergencies so as to ensure the Company’s channel advantage

4. Team management.

  • Manage team members to ensure their compliance with the Company’s administration and code of conduct as well as SOP requirements, make sure that team members have no illegal behaviors or violations and that their behaviors conform to the Company’s targets.

  • Ensure timely communication with the team on policies and policy implementation, conduct regular business reviews and analyses with the team, establish the supply channel system conforming to the business development requirement of the region, guarantee the clients’ rational sale stock management and stable product supply, make sure that the payments are timely collected and business indicators are satisfied;

  • Complete assisted visits and evaluations as requested by the Company to ensure the quality of assisted visits, hammer out a detailed plan for assisted visits, rationally allocate the time for assisted visits, adjust the priorities in line with staff status and changes, and help business managers of first-tier cities to discover and resolve problems

  • Build positive team culture and core competence of the team, enhance the rally power of the team, lead the team to maintain a high degree of enthusiasm.

5. Establish industry-leading customer service system.

  • Effectively communicate with principal CDC decision makers, provide sound after-sales services and added values, get to know the main market information and make timely and accurately reports.

  • Visit and maintain provincial-level and valuable city-level CDC clients, district and county CDC clients, focus on establishing extensive contacts with key clients and decision makers, win the support of key clients for the Company’s products, and build the market competitive advantage of products.

6. Timely submit various work reports and precisely accomplish temporary tasks on time; emphasize relevant knowledge   learning to improve the quality and skills and meet the Company’s business development requirement.

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • A minimum 6-year progressive experience in related marketing and business management;

  • Proven experience with transnational companies, or in vaccine and business works preferred;

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in related specialties;

Experience & knowledge:

  • Basic English skills, computer-savvy;

  • A minimum 3-year team management experience;

Core competencies:

  • Strong business judgment ability and strategic thinking;

  • Honest, demonstrated communication and negotiation skills, strong business opportunity judgment and customer service ability, proven self-learning and self-motivated ability, a strong team player, organizer, planner, leader and developer;

  • Capable of effectively assisting and instructing subordinates to grow;
