Acerca del rol
Esta posición es responsable por asesorar la estrategia de Sanofi en el cluster compuesto por Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Centro América y el Caribe. Esta asesoría abarca todas las áreas del derecho (excluyendo derecho laboral, tributario y regulatorio) y está dirigida a todas las unidades de negocio y áreas de soporte que puedan implicar mayores retos por su complejidad. Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de la ley y de las políticas corporativas. Principal enfoque en la estructuración de modelos de negocio, proyectos digitales, contratos de riesgo compartido, cambios en el sector salud, defensa de producto, contratación con clientes y proveedores. Manejo de proyectos cruciales de la Organización e interacción con principales stakeholders internos y externos.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Ser un aliado estratégico de las unidades de negocio que sean asignadas teniendo una visión del cluster
- Socializar y alinear dicha estrategia con los demás miembros del área
- Enfoque en la generación de valor y proyectos de alto impacto para el negocio.
- Ser el punto focal para una d elas unidades de negocio con alcance de todo el cluster y áreas de soporte que le sean asignadas dado apoyo en la ejecución
- Presentar alternativas de solución a los problemas legales de la Compañía
- Desarrollar proyectos para implementar o mejorar estrategias que permitan blindar a la Organización desde el punto de vista legal
- Elaborar contratos con clientes (contratos de riesgo compartido, suministro, licitaciones privadas y públicas, entre otros)
- Elaborar todo tipo de contratos con proveedores
- Asesorar y emitir concepto jurídico requeridos por la Organización
- Participar en los comités y reuniones que le sean delegados, bien sean internos o externos
- Dar apoyo legal a proyectos cruciales para la Organización como por ejemplo: business development, interacción con profesionales de la salud, organizaciones de salud y sociedades científicas, clientes, maquiladores, proveedores estratégicos, estudios clínicos, programa de soporte a pacientes e inciativas digitales.
- Atención de los litigios o investigaciones que involucren a la Organización.
- Hacer comentarios a los proyectos de ley que afecten a la Organización y acompañar el proceso de su implementación cuando se conviertan en ley.
- Liderar proyectos al interior del Departamento Legal que le sean asignados
- Apoyar tareas administrativas del Departamento Legal que le sean asignadas
Acerca de tí
Experiencia:
- 10 a 15 años de experiencia en la función legal con principal enfoque en derecho comercial.
- Experiencia en firma de abogados o como abogado in house de compañías
- Experiencia en la industria farmacéutica (mandatorio).
Competencias:
- Excelente criterio jurídico, agilidad en el aprendizaje, autoconocimiento, liderazgo, responsabilidad, priorización, servicio al cliente, alta capacidad para tomar decisiones y asesorar al negocio de manera estratégica, alto enfoque en dar valor agregado, gran capacidad de trabajar en equipo, cooperación transversal, proactividad, orientación a resultados, habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Búsqueda de soluciones sólidas jurídicamente, pero creativas y prácticas, que permitan desarrollar el negocio asegurando los intereses de la Organización.
Educación:
- Profesional en Derecho
- Abogado titulado e inscrito en Colombia
- Especialización en algún área de derecho comercial
- LLM (Master en Derecho) (mandatorio)
Idiomas:
- Inglés avanzado
