Responsabilidades principales:
- Lograr los objetivos de ventas establecidos
- Soportar la relación comercial con los más importantes clientes de los principales canales de ventas , asegurando toda la información necesaria para su administración
- Coordinar información de clientes (SISO) para asegurar la situación de los mismos, pero también que sea el insumo perfecto para definir las futuras estadísticas de ventas
- Proporcionar información constante a las áreas involucradas sobre la situación de y estimación de ventas en canales y clientes necesaria para que el equipo comercial pueda capturar las oportunidades
- Coordinar junto a su equipo la regularización de los saldos provenientes de inversiones del equipo comercial, pero además junto al equipo de revenue entender su impacto en las provisiones de GTN
- Responsable de proporcionar el pronóstico de ventas mensual junto al equipo comercial y revenue al Country head, asegurando reflejar todos los cambios relacionados al negocio, así como informar sobre oportunidades y riesgos del mismo
- Garantizar la competitividad de su equipo, al retener, desarrollar e incrementar la productividad del talento, a través de la implementación del proceso de la gestión del talento
- Responsable de la atracción y selección de nuevos talentos del equipo
Acerca de ti
- Experiencia:
- Experiencia en el mercado farma retail y consumo
- Conocimiento de portafolio OTC
- Manejo de herramientas MS Office
- Habilidad para el manejo de altas cantidades de datos
- Competencias sociales y habilidades técnicas: Actitud proactiva, orientada a resultados y con ganas de marcar la diferencia, compromiso con el cliente, cooperación transversal, influenciar a otros
- Formación: Profesional del área comercial, marketing, administración o afines
- Idiomas: Inglés intermedio, con habilidad para comunicarte a nivel comercial
