Acerca del rol
Será el encargado de garantizar el diseño, liderazgo y ejecución de las estrategias comerciales a corto, mediano y largo plazo que conlleven al desarrollo de las cuentas del canal retail, con el objetivo de garantizar el crecimiento sustentable y la rentabilidad para ambas partes (Sanofi & cuenta) construyendo una relación productiva al largo plazo.
Principales Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar cada una de las cuentas a cargo maximizando las oportunidades de crecimiento en volumen y valor.
- Analizar, desarrollar e implementar negociaciones innovadoras con cada uno de los clientes a cargo, adaptándolas a la necesidad del entorno, el canal y el cliente.
- Maximizar las oportunidades de crecimiento y rentabilidad de cada cliente y el canal.
- Incrementar los precios conforme a la regulación y/o oportunidad del canal, velando por una posición relativa de precios sana entre Retail e Institucional y entre Independientes y Cadenas de Farmacias.
- Conciliar y mantener al día la cartera en cuanto a cobros, notas crédito, devoluciones, etc., de los clientes a cargo.
- Codificación de los productos nuevos.
- Mantener vigentes los acuerdos comerciales de los clientes a cargo.
- Radicación oportuna de todos los comunicados relacionados con el desarrollo del negocio en cada cliente.
Acerca de tí
Experiencia & Competencias deseadas
- +3 años de experiencia en roles comerciales o similares
- Amplio conocimiento y manejo del canal retail, manejo de cuentas clave, experiencia en negociación, buen dominio de Excel, Power point y Word.
- Dominio de variables financieras tales como venta bruta, venta neta, definición de precios, descuentos, rentabilidad y saber leer e interpretar estado de perdidas y ganancias, identificando oportunidades y capitalizándolas.
- Gran capacidad de análisis de variables cuantitativas y cualitativas y toma de decisiones basadas en los datos.
- Conocimiento en el Sistema General de Salud Colombiano, el sistema público y privado de Salud, EPS, IPS, Operadores Logísticos/Gestores Farmacéuticos, canal privado.
- Trabajo en equipos multifuncionales, trabajo en equipo y cooperación transversal.
- Buena comunicación, capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones laborales eficaces con compañeros de trabajo y clientes. Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad a prioridades cambiantes.
- Deseable experiencia en la industria farmacéutica.
- Orientación al resultado y los clientes/pacientes.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas: poseer la capacidad de analizar proactivamente los problemas, identificar cuestiones clave, aportar soluciones tácticas y tomar decisiones reflexivas/tomar acción.
Calificaciones requeridas
- Educación: Negocios, Ingeniería, Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o afines
- Idiomas: Español fluido e Inglés nivel básico a intermedio es deseable.
