Global Business Services (GBS) was established as a new transversal, multi-disciplinary function supporting and accelerating Sanofi’s transformation towards establishing a sustainable standalone Consumer Healthcare business through the implementation of a set of operational legal presence across in-scope markets. Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Global Business Services (GBS) drives transformation projects to ensure it delivers best in class processes in terms of quality, cost, performance, customer satisfaction and needs, supported by high quality master data and performance KPIs.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented People Services Associate to join our team on a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in People Services and will be responsible for managing on-boarding activities, handling joining formalities, maintaining employee physical file records, and coordinating with remote team members and field employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, especially when interacting with senior-level new joiners.
Key Responsibilities:
On-boarding Activities:
- Coordinate on-boarding sessions for new joiners with the help of Senior EELC associate from Hyderabad
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure that new employees are comfortable during the on-boarding and help the team to achieve good results in the on-boarding surveys.
- Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist new employees with any queries related to their joining process.
- Maintain and update physical employee files.
- Ensure all records are accurate and securely stored.
- Manage the filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
- Communicate effectively with new joiners to address their specific needs.
- Coordinate with remote team members and field employees to ensure seamless HR processes.
