Opella, the Consumer Healthcare business unit of Sanofi, is the purest and third-largest player globally in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) & Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) market.
TheCHC TCM Solution Delivery Expert role is a pivotal position within theTreasury Core Model (TCM) project forSanofi's Consumer Healthcare (CHC) division, focusing on theDigital Autonomy phase of the CHLOE 2.0 project. This role supports the deployment and continuous enhancement of TCM and iShift platforms across various Treasury functions, ensuring the alignment of treasury processes with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation:
- Lead the solution design and co-lead detailed design and fit/gap analysis for different project phases.
- Oversee the integration of the TCM solution with legacy systems, particularly the iShift platform.
- Ensure the successful implementationand integration of solutions for CHC related toBank Connectivity, Cash and Liquidity Management and Financial Risk Management in S4Hana.
Development and Testing:
- Develop comprehensive test strategies (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure the successful execution of tests.
- Coordinate testing phases, ensuring quality of developments, and managing incidents during the testing process.
Change Management and Training:
- Work on the design and execution of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Support the development of training programs and user support during the project lifecycle, especially post-Go-Live (Hypercare).
Migration and Go-Live Support:
- Oversee data cleansing, migration planning, and execution of the cut-over strategy.
- Provide guidance for training and ensure smooth post-Go-Live support.
Coordination with Various Teams:
- Regularly interact withTreasury Functional Teams,SAP Development, andExternal Implementation Partners to ensure that functional and technical requirements are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with teams across CHC andSanofi's Treasury functions to align objectives and timelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Education: A Master's or PhD in Finance, Economics, or similar fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Treasury, especially withSAP Finance and Treasury modules (S4/HANA), with hands-on expertisein SAP S4 HANA solutions related toSAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), Bank Account Management (BAM), Bank Communication Management (BCM/MBC) and Cash Management (CM) and related modules.
- Project Management: Proven track record in managing SAP projects, ideally within Treasury.Project Management andChange Management certifications are a plus.
- Treasury Expertise: In-depth understanding ofCorporate Treasury functions, systems, and bank connectivity solutions.
- Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are beneficial.
- Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, ability to work independently under pressure, excellent communication skills, and customer-oriented mindset.
Key Challenges:
- Ensuring seamless integration between the legacy iShift platform and the new S4-Hana CHC platform.
- Managing complex data migration and system tests while maintaining alignment with business processes.
- Coordinating across multiple teams, ensuring effective change management and training during the transition.
This role is central to the success of the CHLOE 2.0 project, involving a strong blend of technical expertise, treasury knowledge, project management, and effective communication to drive the transformation of CHC’s Treasury landscape.
