About the Job

Mid 2022, Sanofi decided to start the 5x5 initiative: Business, Global and local Digital IA teams working together to remediate and prevent further critical incidents (P1), remediate Obsolescence issues and improve services and performances, enhancing so the quality of life at work for the business end users.

Scope :
- 59 Manufacturing and Supply sites across the world
- Quality & Control, Shopfloor and Manufacturing systems: LIMS, ERP, MES, EMS/BMS, PLC/DCS…

Going forward on contributing to improve the infrastructure services, based on the 4 following main pillars:

  • Hardware infrastructure and Software obsolescence on site: identify what is obsolete, propose remediation plan in accordance with Sanofi standards
  • Operational excellence: P1 incident follow up to ensure incident trend is decreasing, and propose mitigation plan if required
  • New local infra projects: capture needs and report to relevant teams to ensure delivery at the wright time, he will be accountable from build to run
  • User experience and Quality of life at work: be in close contact with business users, report irritant they face, investigate on a high level of potential root causes and be able to explain to relevant teams for deeper analysis

About you

  • You are passionate and customer service driven, looking to develop, being able to evolve in an intercultural context, you will be a key stakeholder between Business, Global & Local Digital Teams, support teams and Cyber Teams
  • The environment requires you to have a deep understanding of integration between Infrastructure (including technical skills) and application landscape (interfaces and application interconnections) in a Cyber risk context
  • You Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • This position is Based in Budapest, nevertheless you will have to build a strong partnership in proximity with local digital Manufacturing & Supply sites teams for all GBU in Europe region, meaning you will have to travel
  • You are expected to have a minimum of 7 Years old experience, and some experiences in industrial world would be a plus

Key Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology/Science

Experience:

  • Strong technical understanding across a range of technologies/domains
  • Experience with working in a matrix organization environment and ability to influence other business leaders
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Minimum set of technical skills on following IT domains: VLAN, Hyperviser (VMware/HyperV), OS (Windows/Linux), STORAGE (Netapp, HP…), BACKUP (DataProtector/CommVault/Acronis), DATABASE (ORACLE, SQL SERVER, POSTGRES), CLOUD COMPUTING (AZURE, AWS), ServiceNow, JIRA, Automatization (Ansible platform)
  • IT Quality: GxP systems qualification and documentation
  • Understanding of change management and release processes
  • Experience in using agile delivery tools such as Service Now, Jira, Confluence, etc.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English
